The Moose Creek Lodge and Suites is a Wyoming family owned and operated hotel located in the heart of Cody, Wyoming. Your guest room will be clean and comfortable. Walking distance to local Cody restaurants, lounges, shopping, art galleries, Dan Miller's Country Music Revue, Cody Gunslingers Shootout and the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. Additional Charges:
Rates are per 2 adults in the room - $10 for each additional adult (18 & older) will be added onto your reservation confirmation once the hotel has receipt of it, then an updated reservation confirmation will be sent to you via email that includes the additional charges for each additional adult per night.
Taxes are not included in the rate. Tax exempt guests need a tax i.d. number at time of check in.
DISCOUNTS:
AAA, Senior (over 50) and Military (active and retired) discounts are available and are given at time of check in.
Reservation Cancellation Policy:
Before 4 p.m. 48 hours prior to arrival June-August (peak season)
Before 4 p.m. 24 hours prior to arrival April, May, September and October (off season)
Guest will be charged one night room rate plus tax for no show or cancellations past deadline that cannot be re-rented. To cancel you must call by 4 p.m. - 48 hours prior to your arrival date.
CREDIT CARD REQUIRED AT CHECK IN. Credit card name and guest name must be the same. Credit card must be present with cardholder. Sorry we are unable to take credit card payment via phone or fax.
$300 fine for smoking in guest rooms or having a pet on the premises. No pets permitted in rooms or in vehicles. Immediate eviction and fine will be applied to all violators of smoking and pet policy. This is to ensure a quiet and clean stay for our guests. We strive to keep our rooms allergy free and 100% clean for our guests. Thank you!
